Cole leads the Industrial Architecture team in delivering complex logistics and distribution facilities for clients across multiple markets. Industrial design plays a critical role in shaping efficient, high-performance environments that support the movement of goods and the operations behind today’s supply chains. Cole works closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to develop practical design solutions that balance operational needs with thoughtful architectural design.
Designing since 2012, Cole brings more than 13 years of experience in project management and design for large-scale industrial developments, including distribution centers, warehouses, cold storage facilities, and production spaces. He has led projects exceeding one million square feet from concept through construction, ensuring design quality while maintaining project schedules and budgets.
Cole is responsible for coordinating project teams, guiding design development, and overseeing the preparation of construction documents. As the client’s primary point of contact, he facilitates collaboration between clients and consultants to ensure design intent is carried through each phase of the project. His approach focuses on delivering efficient, well-coordinated facilities that meet operational demands while contributing positively to the built environment.
