Refresh to Public Space is a Home Run!

100 City View Renovation of entry lobby within an existing mid-rise tower– built in 2000, and located near Truist Park in Cobb County, Georgia. The building’s baseball theme was integrated into the new overall aesthetic of the project. The owners sought to invigorate the space and encourage interaction between the tenants and guests of the building.

An existing restaurant tenant wanted to create a more seamless transition from the lobby to draw patrons to its dining area and re-envisioned outdoor patio. This renovation also included adjacent lobbies to coordinate with the refreshed design. The redesign coordinated through to the existing parking deck, creating a lobby area that dovetailed in both space and design.
