Rhea is an Associate with Smallwood and leader in our K-12 educational department. She has over 19 years experience in the architectural industry on all phases of a project. She is involved with a project through the entire process. She is proactive, detail oriented, and organized.
As Project Architect, she coordinates the Construction Document phase of the project with the engineering consultants and is responsible for the consistency, technical accuracy and overall quality control of the drawings. She provides interpretation control of the Contract Documents as needed during the construction phase of the project and coordinates the services provided by our Contract Administrator.
They listen closely to the needs and desires of Rockdale County Schools throughout the design process, providing an attractive, quality, and functional product.”
