Open, Collaborative Space

As designers, we partnered with Rinnai America to reimagine their workspaces across multiple locations—transforming traditional office environments into open, collaborative spaces that supported team interaction and accommodated a range of focused, individual work settings. The updated interiors featured lower-panel workstations and a variety of meeting spaces—both open and enclosed—to encourage flexibility and adaptability throughout the workday.

A central focus of this transformation was the “Rinnai Experience”, a branded journey that began at the reception area and extended through their training facilities. This experience was designed not only for employees but also for customers and partners visiting the campus for product education and training.

Our experiential graphic design team developed a cohesive visual narrative that brought Rinnai’s brand to life throughout the space. Branded storytelling elements conveyed the company’s values, technological innovation, and leadership in the industry. Graphics and environmental features were integrated with the architecture to create moments of discovery and engagement along the visitor path.

Key experiential features include:

• A custom-designed corporate history timeline, enhanced by tailored lighting and interactive digital content

• Bold mission and vision graphics that grounded Rinnai’s values in key circulation areas

• Custom illustrations highlighting the precision, innovation, and human impact of Rinnai’s products

• Graphic and spatial teaching tools embedded throughout the Training Center

• Branded wallcoverings that extended the visual identity across meeting spaces and corridors

The result was a multi-sensory, immersive experience that connected people to Rinnai’s brand story—whether they were working from a focus pod, attending a training session, or simply moving through the building. This environment positioned Rinnai not just as a manufacturer, but as a forward-thinking, people-centered organization committed to innovation and excellence.
